Product Structural Features1. The overall structure of the substation consists of two high-voltage switchgear rooms for the 40.5kV and 12kV sides, relay protection room, and transformers. The outer shell of the high-voltage switchgear room and relay protection room can be made of stainless steel, steel plate, or composite board. Stainless steel has strong corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength. The steel structure components undergo special anti-corrosion treatment. The composite board is aesthetically pleasing, colorful, and has characteristics such as heat insulation and flame retardancy. The transformer is located between the 40. 5kV and 12kV high-voltage switchgear rooms, directly mounted on the foundation, and can be installed by either the user or the manufacturer.
2. The 40.5kV high-voltage switchgear room can be equipped with switchgear such as KYN61-40.5, KYN10-40.5, etc. Users can freely choose overhead or cable methods for the 40.5kV input and output lines.
3. The 12kV high-voltage switchgear room can be equipped with switchgear such as XGN2-12, XGN66-12, KYN28A-12, or ring main units like HXGNL5-(FR), X6N15-12(F R), etc.
4. The relay protection room houses AC panels, DC panels, signal panels, remote control panels (RTU), carrier machine panels, or fiber optic terminal panels.

Note: Depending on user requirements, this substation can use conventional relay protection or a substation comprehensive automation system.
